I act as your business contract lawyer. Whether it's analyzing, drafting, editing, interpreting, explaining, or  negotiating, I can assist you with all varieties of contracts that will come across your busy desk: Consultant, Construction, Equipment and Commercial  Rental Leases, Letters of Intent, Public Works, Purchases, and Technology agreements (i.e. ASP, SaaS, SLA, TOS), and many more.

Business companies and non- profit organizations face many of the same issues: formation and dissolution, trademark protection, the need for proper by-laws, properly run board meetings, compliance with city, state and even federal rules and laws, advice about employee issues, negotiations with competitors, etc. For smaller companies, I often act as a small business lawyer for less pressing legal matters.

Delicately dispensing an irksome disagreement with a close business partner or settling a brutal dispute to avoid a costly lawsuit, can be difficult on your own.  Many situations can be resolved through simple negotiation, or mediation, if handled properly.
